I’m a small-town kid with big-city aspirations. From a young age, my parents instilled a humble yet strong work ethic, which is why I feel most at home when immersed in a versatile environment. The sense of goal setting and the feeling of accomplishment has been my driving force ever since. The sense of accomplishment we get from cutting the grass or cleaning the kitchen is the same pride and fulfillment that drives me to focus and accomplish the impossible.  Defining a project, developing a plan, and overcoming obstacles while motivating and inspiring those around me are what get me out of bed each day. I have never been one to sit on the sidelines, but one who looks for the next opportunity to inspire and improve.
